The storm we got yesterday gave us 9" of snow, sub-zero temps and even colder wind. The dogs think they want to play outside, but their little feets begin to freeze in about three minutes.
Ashke is tucked into his stall with extra shavings and his 600 gram winter coat (broke out the big guns for this one). I worked from home yesterday and didn't even manage to make it out to give him a mash. The roads were too treacherous to attempt.
The good news is the new furnace is keeping the house at a constant and comfortable temp. Having it balanced with positive air pressure means less dust, less drafts and a consistent temp through out.
Monday it's suppose to be 60 degrees.
