Wow! He really does look like a different horse. You'd never know it was him except for the shape of his head. You've done a terrific job rehabilitating him.
Thanks Heather! I know that I feel like he is almost there. Looking at the picture in January you can see the rounded rump line and the filled out chest. His feet are so good and I can't wait to see what the farrier says. He still needs to fill in his top line and the part of his back that is over his flank down to his tail dock. I can see the muscle developing on a daily basis.
It is something to see it in pictures, though, isn't it. I thought he was looking so much better in May and June, but that was just the beginning. I can't wait to see what he looks like at the end of our first year. And more importantly, see what he can do.
